HOW IT WORKS

Free Consultation
Schedule a video chat where we’ll discuss your goals and what information you already have. Prior to the meeting, I’ll ask you to fill out a Google Form to streamline the process.

Contrast Proposal
I’ll follow up with a detailed contract outlining the project scope and an estimate of the total cost.

Research Begins
Once the contract is signed and a deposit of 50% of the estimated total cost is paid, I’ll start your project.

Completion & Delivery
Upon finishing the project, I’ll send you a final invoice. After the balance is paid, you’ll receive a detailed written report of findings, digital images of supporting documents, and any agreed upon deliverables.

Follow-Up Consultation
If requested, I’m happy to schedule a video chat to walk you through the findings and answer any questions.
Rates & Payment Details
$40/hour with a five-hour minimum.
What You'll Receive:
A comprehensive written report detailing my findings
Image copies of supporting documents
Optional add-ons, such as a family history book or other custom presentations, are available for an additional fee
Transparency & Confidentiality: All research is conducted with efficiency and professionalism, and results are shared exclusively with the client. While I strive for successful outcomes, genealogy is inherently uncertain, and some records may not exist. If the project is completed in less time than estimated, the final total will be adjusted accordingly.
